How do I set up my rate card?

Go to Settings and open Rate Card. Fill in your per-acre price for each combination of vegetation density (light, moderate, heavy, very heavy) and terrain type (flat, rolling, steep, very steep). That gives you 16 prices. Every estimate uses this rate card automatically.

How does offline mode work?

MulchDeck saves everything locally on your device. Estimates, daily logs, photos, and invoices all work without cell signal. When you get back in range, the app syncs automatically in the background. You do not need to do anything.

Can my crew members log into the app?

Yes. Go to Settings and invite crew members by email. They will get a link to create their account and join your company. All crew members can log hours, fuel, teeth, and take photos on any job.

How do I export an invoice as PDF?

Open a job, go to the Invoice tab, and tap Export PDF. The PDF includes your business name, line items from the estimate, any adjustments, and the total. You can email it directly or save it.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 14 days, you will be asked to enter a payment method. If you do not subscribe, your account stays accessible in read-only mode. Your data is not deleted. You can subscribe later and pick up where you left off.

How do I add before/after photos to a job?

Open a job and tap the Photos tab. Use the camera button to take a photo or select from your gallery. Photos are tagged with GPS coordinates and a timestamp automatically. You can mark photos as "before" or "after" and export a branded PDF.

How much does MulchDeck cost?

$149/month flat. Unlimited users, no per-seat fees. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Cancel anytime from Settings.

Delete your account

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings and tap "Delete Account", or email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

We will delete the following within 30 days:

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • All jobs, estimates, daily logs, photos, invoices, and documents you created
  • Company data (if you are the sole owner)
  • Email preferences and notification settings

If other members remain in your company, the company and its jobs will be preserved. Only your personal account and data will be removed.
