Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature. If you decide MulchDeck isn't for you, you don't get charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month billing. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no phone calls.

Is there a per-user fee?

No. $149/month covers your entire crew. Add your operators, office staff, foreman, and business partner. Everyone gets full access. No per-seat charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Not right now. We keep it simple: one price, month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays in your account for 90 days after cancellation. You can export your jobs, estimates, invoices, and photos before or after canceling. After 90 days we delete everything.
