Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature. If you decide MulchDeck isn't for you, you don't get charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month billing. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no phone calls.
Can I pause for the off season?
Yes. Clearing work slows down in some months and you should not pay for a tool you are not opening. Pause from your account settings and you keep working until the end of the month you already paid for. After that you are not charged, and your jobs, photos, and invoices stay put, read-only. Nothing is deleted. When work picks back up, resume from Settings. If you subscribed on an iPhone, you pause by turning off auto-renew for MulchDeck in your Apple subscriptions, and resume by subscribing again in the app.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. $149/month covers your entire crew. Add your operators, office staff, foreman, and business partner. Everyone gets full access. No per-seat charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not right now. We keep it simple: one price, month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account for 90 days after cancellation. You can export your jobs, estimates, invoices, and photos before or after canceling. After 90 days we delete everything.
